- For manufacturing defects, physical damage during delivery, or incorrect items received, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will assist with replacement or refund.
- The return period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals must be included.
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Software, digital products, or license keys once activated.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- Products with missing serial numbers or altered warranty labels.
- Products marked as “final sale” or “no returns” on the product page.
4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted for the same item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
