Payment Authorization
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. Your order will be processed and shipped once it has been confirmed.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as follows, depending on the original payment method:
- Cash on Delivery orders: transferred to a bank account or payment account provided by the customer, or collected in cash by the customer in-store, after the refund has been reviewed and approved.
