Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is an international shipping term meaning the seller — PixelRigz — takes full responsibility for all costs of getting your order to your door. This includes the product cost, shipping fees, and any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. You don’t need to calculate, estimate, or pay anything separately.
No Extra Charges on Delivery
Because all duties and shipping fees are prepaid by PixelRigz, you will never be asked to pay any additional customs duty, import tax, brokerage fee, or shipping charge to the carrier or customs authorities when your order arrives. If a carrier ever attempts to collect an extra fee on a PixelRigz order, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
