PixelRigz ships to customers within the United Arab Emirates only.
Order Processing
We process orders Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Most orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
During busy seasons, holidays, sales events, or for high-demand products, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Time
- Handling time: 0 to 1 business day
- Delivery time (within UAE): 1 to 2 business days after your order ships
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you don’t receive the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.
Delivery Information
Delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, remote locations, or other situations outside our control. PixelRigz is not responsible for shipping delays after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. PixelRigz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, additional shipping charges may apply to send the order again.
