Warranty Overview
PixelRigz sells brand new, box packed products. This policy explains how warranty works for products bought from PixelRigz, what is covered, how long repairs take, and how to make a claim. A warranty card is included inside every product box. Please keep it safe, along with your invoice or order confirmation, as you will need both to make a claim.
If your product is damaged or faulty under warranty, contact our support team. We will review your claim and, if it is approved, we will arrange a pickup from you or give you a drop-off location.
Important: If your product stores personal data (laptops, phones, tablets, storage drives and similar), please back up your files, sign out of all accounts, and remove passwords and screen locks before sending it. Repair or testing may require resetting the device, which erases data. PixelRigz is not responsible for data left on the product.
Who Provides the Warranty
Warranty depends on the brand and the product. Depending on the item, it is either a manufacturer warranty, a PixelRigz warranty, or both. The warranty type and length for each product are shown on the product page and on the warranty card inside the box. Not all products include warranty, so please check the product listing before buying. Accessories and consumables (for example cables, batteries, adapters, tips, filters and similar items) may have a shorter warranty or none, as stated on the product page.
Warranty Period
The warranty period depends on the brand and the product category, and is stated on the product page and on the warranty card. It starts from the date of purchase on your invoice. Some examples of how warranty periods commonly differ:
- Larger electronics such as laptops, monitors, PCs and components often carry a longer warranty.
- Smaller electronics and accessories often carry a shorter warranty.
- Batteries and consumable parts are usually covered for a shorter time or not at all.
Unless the product page or warranty card states a different period, the standard warranty is 12 months for laptops, PCs, components and monitors, and 6 months for accessories.
The period shown on your warranty card and product page is the one that applies to your purchase. A repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials, design or workmanship.
- Faults that appear during normal, intended use within the warranty period.
- Products that arrive damaged or stop working through no fault of the customer, as confirmed by our review.
Product Dead or Damaged on Arrival
If your product is damaged, defective or not working when you open it, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Please keep all original packaging and, if you can, record a short unboxing video and take photos of the product, box and any visible damage. This helps us process your claim faster.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us. Email support@pixelrigz.com or call our Customer Care Helpline (number at the bottom of this page).
- Send your details. Please include:
- Your name, phone number and order number or invoice
- Product name, brand, model and serial number
- A clear photo of the warranty card
- A description of the issue, when it started, and what you have already tried
- Photos or a short video showing the problem
- Claim review and troubleshooting. Our team will review your claim, usually within 1 to 2 business days, and may ask you to try basic troubleshooting steps. Many issues can be solved this way without sending the product in.
- Approval. If the issue is covered, we will confirm the claim and arrange the next step.
- Pickup or drop-off. We will arrange a pickup from your address, or provide a drop-off location, whichever suits you.
- Inspection and repair. The product is inspected and the fault diagnosed. We will repair it, replace it, or offer another suitable remedy.
- Return to you. The repaired or replacement product is delivered back to you, and you will be informed at each step.
How Long Will the Repair Take
Repair time depends on the brand, the product, the type of issue, and whether spare parts are in stock. Because of this, we cannot give one fixed time for every product. The table below shows typical timeframes, in business days, from the time the product reaches the service center. These are estimates, not guarantees, and some cases take longer.
| Type of case | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Claim review and troubleshooting by phone, email or chat | 1 to 2 business days |
| Simple faults (settings, firmware, cables, small replaceable parts) | 3 to 7 business days |
| Hardware faults where the part is in stock | 7 to 14 business days |
| Hardware faults where parts must be ordered from the brand or manufacturer | 14 to 30 business days |
| Replacement of an unrepairable product (subject to stock) | 5 to 14 business days after approval |
| Cases sent to the brand’s own service center or overseas | Can take 30 business days or more |
Time can be longer because of:
- The brand’s own service process and approval requirements
- Waiting for spare parts, especially for newer or less common models
- Complex or intermittent faults that take longer to diagnose
- Waiting for information, photos or approval from you (this time is not counted in the repair time)
- Public holidays, peak seasons and shipping delays
If your repair is going to take longer than expected, we will let you know and keep you updated on the status.
Shipping and Pickup Costs
- If the product is under warranty and the problem is covered, pickup and return delivery are provided at no charge to you.
- Free pickup applies within the country where the product was delivered. If you moved the product to another country, you may need to arrange and pay for shipping yourself.
- If the claim is not covered, or the warranty is void, shipping charges may apply and will be explained to you first.
- If you choose to use a drop-off location, you are responsible for getting the product there.
How Much a Repair Will Cost
- Covered by warranty: if the product is within warranty, the problem is covered, and the warranty has not been voided, the repair is free.
- Cannot be repaired: if the product cannot be repaired but is still under warranty, we will offer a replacement of the same product, or an equivalent product, or if neither is possible, another suitable remedy such as a refund.
- Not covered or warranty void: if the problem is not covered (for example accidental damage), or the warranty has ended, we will contact you with a quote for the repair if repair is possible. You can approve the quote, or ask for the product to be returned to you. Quoted repair fees and any delivery charges must be paid before the repair starts. If you decline, the product is returned to you, and return shipping and inspection charges may apply, which we will tell you about before returning it.
Tracking Your Repair
You can ask for the status of your claim at any time by email or phone, quoting your claim or order number. We will confirm when the product is received, inspected, being repaired, and when it is ready for return.
Packing Your Product
- Pack the product in its original box if possible, or wrap it safely with enough padding.
- Include the warranty card and all items we ask for. Remove items that are not needed, such as cases, SIM cards and memory cards.
- If damage happens in transit because of poor packaging, PixelRigz is not responsible, and the product may be returned without service.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, physical impact, or not following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Liquid spills or liquid damage, and moisture or humidity damage.
- Unauthorized repairs, opening the product, or modification by anyone other than an approved repair provider.
- Using the product for purposes it was not designed for, or beyond its specifications (for example, using consumer graphics cards for continuous cryptocurrency mining, or overclocking beyond the manufacturer’s limits).
- Damage from power surges, wrong voltage, faulty chargers or non-original accessories.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, fading, and cosmetic damage that does not affect how the product works.
- Batteries and consumable parts that wear out with use, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Software issues caused by viruses, unofficial software, or changes you made to the system.
- Products with a removed, altered or unreadable serial number, or a missing or altered warranty card.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Claims made after the warranty period has ended.
Your Information and Data
To repair and return your product, we may share your name, phone number, email and return address with an approved repair provider or courier, only as needed for the service. We require them to protect your information and use it only for this purpose. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.
General Terms
- You confirm that all the information you give us with your claim is correct. Wrong or misleading information may lead to your claim being rejected.
- We may ask you to provide your original invoice and warranty card before approving a claim.
- Where a replacement is provided, it will be a new product or one of equal condition, as allowed by the brand’s warranty terms. The remaining warranty on a replacement is the unused part of the original warranty unless the brand states otherwise.
- This policy covers warranty claims. Returns and refunds for change of mind or order issues are handled under our separate Returns and Refund Policy.
- This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights under the laws that apply to your purchase. Terms that depend on the country where your order was delivered are set out in the Country-Specific Terms section below. If a country-specific term differs from the general terms above, the country-specific term applies for orders delivered to that country.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Warranty & Repairs Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your claim. Last updated: October 16, 2026.
